Blank Canvas Gmail Signature does not work in my Firefox

I have done all the step which is intructed on the website, including: install the Bank Canvas add-on from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/7757 , then restore Firefox and check the add-on's status from the add-ons board of Firefox. Everything is OK. But when i got start with this add-on by log in my Gmail and click compose mail, I can't see any "Create Signature" as you show on the picture below:
I install the Blank Canvas Gmail Signatures 1.11.12. I think it is the newest version and my firefox's version is 3.0.17
Please help me fix it. I really need a singature which can be formated (italic, bold, color...) in my Gmail. |

Hello, I have the same problem! I insttal many version, i can see Blank Canvas gmail signature actif in my add-on, but when i go to compose mail, there isn't. What is wrong? |

I installed v1.11.13 to Firefox 5.0 and I'm having the same problem. I even rebooted my computer and I don't see anything about adding signatures. |

I downloaded this add-on last week and LOVED IT! My life was suddenly so much easier, but BC signature is not working for me. It was working with BC 1.11.13 and then stopped appearing. I then tried downgrading to 1.11.12 with no success either. I am running Firefox 3.5.7 Any suggestions that could help make this work? |

I am having the EXACT SAME PROBLEM. I was using it fine. When I installed the latest BC, I could no longer see it in Firefox 3.5.7. I uninstalled it, and installed the previous (March 2009) version and it still does not show up anywhere. The extension shows it is enabled. HELP! |

ditto. Just swapped all of our office's emails over to google and was really appreciative of BC GS, but it just stopped showing my signatures. |

Same thing here. I've got Firefox 3.5.7 and have installed Blank Canvas 1.11.13. I'm not sure which one just updated this week, but when it did, I lost all use of the Blank Canvas functions. This is a great addition - hope it's an easy fix! |

Any solutions yet? I have the exact same problem, 5 mail accounts, firefox 3.5.7 and I upgraded the new version of BC and it does not work. I also re-installed the old verison and it does not work either. there are no icons or boxes to edit or re-insert signature. PLEASE send Fix SOON! |

I uninstalled and reinstalled v. 1.11.12 last night. Nothing. Today, all of my signature files are back up and working. Who knows - I'm just glad they're back! |

I am having the same problem too on Firefox 3.5.7 and BC Gmail 1.11.13. At the moment it seems to be inserting on new emails but there is still no buttons. Signatures don't work at all and no buttons on replies. At the moment I am temporarily using Canned Responses to insert signatures if this helps anyone. |

i've firefox 3.5.7. when i used bcgs v1.11.2 it worked very fine for me. and i found having my signature auto-added everytime i compose a new mail or reply very easy for me. i upgraded to v1.11.3 but then it stopped working. i don't have any conflicting extension like better gmail or web ad-blocker &c. i don't have greasemonkey either. and now the problem is uninstalling v1.11.3 and fresh installing v.1.11.2 doesn't work. or again uninstalling v1.11.2 and reinstalling v1.11.3 or just upgrading even. hope jerome and/or gmail find/s a solution. i've already posted as balaji under the addons.mozilla forum for bcgs. |

now bcgs doesn't work even when i added it to a fresh installed firefox on a different machine with xp media center ed. i don't know what the problem seems to be. but i'd sure like to inform this forum that an alternative add-on viz. wisestamp v.1.3.4.a works fine. i haven't had any problem since this morning using it. works even after uninstalling and reinstalling both the add-on and firefox. compatible with firefox 3.6. i'm sorry to say this but i'm not going to use the otherwise wonderful bcgs until and unless a solution is worked out. |
